Lead Brewer - Temporary/Part-Time Position

Stanford University is launching an on-campus brewery at the EVGR Pub featuring a 3-barrel electric brewhouse. This temporary, part-time Lead Brewer role offers the chance to establish the university's inaugural brewery program while working alongside an experienced consultant during startup. You'll handle all aspects of production—milling, fermenting, kegging, and packaging—develop seasonal recipes, maintain quality and regulatory compliance, and engage with the campus community through tastings and events. The role may lead to a permanent position as the program matures. Requires commercial brewing experience, strong grasp of fermentation and quality control, and comfort lifting 55 pounds and working around production equipment; formal brewing education preferred but not required.
