Wedding Dress & Bridal Seamstress - Alterations

Thimble Alterations is recruiting independent alteration professionals to work with bridal and formalwear clients across the Bay Area. You'll handle hemming, bustles, bodice and waist work, strap and cup adjustments, and zipper replacement on wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and evening wear — including complex pieces with multiple layers, lace, beading, and boning. Candidates should have proven experience altering bridal or women's formalwear, strong garment knowledge, and proficiency in both machine and hand sewing. Work is flexible contract-based from your own space, with client referrals provided through the platform.
