Wendy Lieu co-founded Socola Chocolatier with her sister Susan, an artisan chocolate company based in San Francisco. Socola — Vietnamese for chocolate — makes handcrafted truffles and confections inspired by the flavors of Vietnam, including Vietnamese coffee and a sriracha-spiced nut brittle.
