Eby Construction, a custom high-end cabinetry and millwork shop in Richmond near BART, seeks an experienced Lead Cabinet Maker to shepherd projects from intake through completion and handoff to finishing. You'll direct the work on residential and commercial builds, manage joinery and assembly, read complex shop drawings, work hand tools and machines, and coordinate with assistants and support staff. The role requires deep woodworking knowledge, joinery skill, cabinet assembly expertise, and finishing experience.
